How Cashback Works: Tracking, Confirmation, and Delays

After you complete a purchase through IndianCashback.com, your cashback usually appears as “Pending” in your account within 1 to 48 hours. This pending status means the retailer has reported your visit and purchase, but has not yet confirmed the transaction.
Cashback confirmation happens only after the retailer’s return/exchange window closes, which typically ranges from 30 to 90 days. This wait ensures the order isn’t cancelled, returned, or altered in any way. If a product is returned or an order is cancelled, no cashback will be confirmed, as the retailer won’t pay a commission for it.
